The kids and the time spent with them. Seeing how they keep on developing all the time. It’s also wonderful to see how diverse and lovely personalities all the children are.

Being child-oriented and engaging parents in our activities. It’s important that the staff is permanent and professional.

The group is really warm-hearted and delightful. The kids in my group are marvellous, lively, and happy one-to-three-year-olds.

I expect to continue doing this inspiring work and developing in my work all the time.

I hope that the kids, parents, and staff are acknowledged as well as they have been until now.

There are so many memorable moments, as we’re encountering fun situations with the kids on a daily basis.
