Kesän 2020 asiakasmaksut

Touhula-päiväkodeissa hyvitetään kesällä 2020 koko kuukauden asiakasmaksu, mikäli lapsi lomailee päiväkodista yhtäjaksoisesti vähintään kolme viikkoa.

Kolmen viikon yhtäjaksoisen poissaolon tulee ajoittua aikavälille 15.6.–14.8.2020. Hyvityksen saa siltä kuukaudelta, johon suurin osa poissaolopäivistä sijoittuu.

Maksuhyvityksen saamiseksi palvelusetelin ja hoitosopimuksen on oltava katkeamattomana voimassa elokuun loppuun asti (poikkeuksena esioppilaat). Hyvitys koskee päiväkodissa ennen 15.6.2020 aloittaneita perheitä.

Kesän maksuhyvityksen saa, jos poissaolo on ilmoitettu 4.5.2020 mennessä

Huomioittehan, että asiakasmaksu hyvitetään vain yhdeltä kuukaudelta, vaikka loma-aika olisi pidempi kuin kolme viikkoa.

Customer fees for summer 2020

Next summer, we will reimburse one month’s fee if your child is on holiday from daycare for a continuous period of at least three weeks.

To qualify for the reimbursement, the three-week continuous absence must occur between 15 June and 14 August 2020. The fee will be compensated for the month in which most of the days of absence
occurred.

In order to claim the reimbursement, you must have a service voucher and care contract that is continuously valid until the end of August (except in the case of preschool pupils). The reimbursement applies to families who join the daycare centre before 15 June 2020.

You must notify the daycare centre of the absence before 4 May 2020.

Please note that the customer fee is reimbursed for one month only, even though the holiday period is longer than three weeks.
